1. Learn to predict Ovulation

Ovulation is the release of a matured egg from one or both ovaries.

If your menstrual cycle is 28 days long, you should expect your ovulation around day 12- day 16.

Your health care provider also looks for conditions that may affect you and your baby's health when you get pregnant.
Even if you have had a baby in the past, it is still great to have a preconception check up. Your body might have changed from your last pregnancy.

3. Start taking a preconception vitamin

4. Have intercourse at the right time
